Niall Mellon of the Niall Mellon Township Trust, will be our guest speaker at what will be our last Distinguished Speaker Lunch before we break for the summer. It was our objective this year to have a Leader from the non profit sector address us and we are delighted that Niall Mellon has accepted our invitation.

Niall Mellon established "The Niall Mellon Township Trust" charity in 2002 to provide homes to the impoverished communities in the townships in South Africa. Today it is the largest provider of low cost homes in South Africa, building cr. 7,000 low cost homes per year. In total over 3,000 Irish Volunteers have worked on building projects for the Trust since its inception in 2002. More details on the Trust can be found on the web site below.
