Sean is a great example of leadership in not-for-profit organisations. He was President of the GAA at a pivotal time, including the much publicised debate and ultimately the decision to open Croke Park to soccer and rugby. The debate about professionalism was also exercising many minds. Sean can give us insight into the challenge of exercising leadership without traditional corporate structures.
